Hat & Bonnet Bleachers and Feather Dyers. Dyeing Black a Specialty. Of Ostrich Dyer Tips." Front lower left corner says: "Ward Bros. Lith. Co. O." Back of card says: "Ladies' Fine Hats dyed or bleached, and re-shaped in the latest styles. Samples to select from. Feathers dyed to match samples. Price List. Hats pressed and varnished, same shape--35c to 50c. Hats re-shaped without dyeing--50c to 75c. H[ats dyed] and reshaped--75c..."."" Pl[umes d]yed, each--50c to $1.00. Plumes curled, each--25c."
