Two barges of the Federal Barge Company are shown in left center with the dike running from center to upper left corner. The Federal Barge Company Building appears in the lower center of the film, with the Central Industrial Area in the upper right hand center. The small building in right foreground is the Kansas City, Missouri, Turkey Creek pumping station which was inundated and completely inoperative for approximately 10 days.
