DescriptionPortrait of Charles V. Teaney who entered the service on March 26, 1943. Teaney was born on November 1, 1924, in St. Louis, Missouri. He was educated in Kansas City, Missouri and participated in numerous school activities. After his military training, Teaney was stationed in Europe and was killed in action on January 16, 1945 in Linz, Germany.
