AbstractBiographical sketch of George Wittich, a mining executive of Kansas City. Born in Ohio in 1845 and coming here in 1885 with "the S. C. Moody Company, located at 517 Delaware street," a business later becoming "the Kansas City Paper House." Later retiring to Mexico and returning to Kansas City in 1905 as organizer of "the Missouri & Mexico Mining Company" and co-organizer of "the Tesora De Sonora Mining Company" with offices in the "Kemper building" and residence at 3407 Wabash Avenue.
