AbstractPhoto and bio of Willard Winner, a real estate and railroad developer. Born in Iowa in 1849 and coming to Kansas City in 1863 as a merchant before entering the real estate business about 1880, engaged in building suburban growth and street railways as well as "a bridge across the Missouri at the foot of Cherry street" (later completed by another company).
