AbstractTwo bronze plaques depicting historical events in Kansas City were placed in the sidewalks of the Country Club Plaza on May 27. The first one features a river streamboat's [sic] arrival at Westport Landing and is located at Nichols Road and Broadway. The second, picturing a Conestoga covered wagon is located at Ward Parkway and Broadway.
