NotesPage 49: "Replacing such one-time 'skyscrapers' as the New York Life Biulding in downtown Kansas City, are the Kansas City Power and Light Building housing the 'Lighting Institute' whose extensive tests with color lighting in relation to visibility and series of model rooms make it especially interesting to women."
