NotesPage 16: "Marshall Saper is a real Kansas Citian. He grew up here, went to Paseo High, U. M. K. C., and got a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from M. U. ..[H]e returned here 10 years ago as an assistant professor at the UMKC medical school. He also set up his private practice, and a year later became psychologist for the Kansas City Police Department--a post he still proudly fills."
