AbstractHistory of the development of the Winnwood Beach mural now hanging in the Clay County Courthouse Annex Building and the accompanying display case of photos and mementos. The mural was painted by Phil Stake under a $10,000 grant received October 1999. Winnwood Beach was often called the "Atlantic City of the West."
