Brock, owner of Specialty Optical Company, 1009 McGee Street, in the area of aviation, have flown daily during the past year throughout the United States. He and his flying companion, Colonel Ruby D. Garrett, were honored by President Hoover for their accomplishment. Article also has biographical information about Garrett.
