Abstract
The Art in the Loop Project, "a partnership of Downtown Council of Kansas City, Greater Kansas City Community Foundation, Kansas City Art Institute and Kansas City Municipal Art Commission" has unveiled its first project. Uplifted Arms by Davin Watne and Dylan Mortimer "includes 16 life-sized aluminium figures inspired by Metro riders". The project is situated at the downtown transit mall, 10th and Main.
