AbstractProfile of the 37th annual Symphony Designers' Showhouse, located at 6315 Ward Parkway. Construction on the house by the J. C. Nichols Company began in 1925, with architectural plans created by Edward Tanner. The home was purchased by Richard and Annette Bloch in 1957. Includes a discussion of the home's Georgian style architectural features.
NotesDesigners' Showhouse is a fund-raiser for the Kansas City Symphony generally held in Spring and organized by the Junior Women's Symphony Alliance.
