AbstractQ.: What are the locations of the three highest points above sea level in Kansas City? According to the city engineer's office, the highest point in Kansas City is 1,026.84 feet above sea level at 73rd and Terrace Streets. The second highest point is 1,016.84 feet at 74th and State Line Roads, and the third is 1,011.84 feet at Norledge Street and Indiana Avenue. Kansas City's lowest point is 721.84 feet at the Missouri River and Delaware Street. All measurements are made from the sea level mark at Biloxi, Mississippi.
