| Notes | A suggested plan for the development of the central business district today showed the new City Hall west of Baltimore between 13th & 14th Streets and the courthouse east of Oak between those two streets. A road joining the two structures with Oak, McGee, Grand, Walnut, Main and Baltimore intersections woud lie between 13th & 14th Streets, and would be called Volker Road. |
