NotesThe Orpheum Theater opened on December 26, 1914, at 12th and Baltimore Avenues. It was designed by a San Francisco architect, Mr. Lansburgh, for the owners, Martin Lehman and Mayerfield & Beck. It was torn down in late 1961.
