NotesThe Kansas City Veterinary College was established in 1891 and closed its doors in 1918. Its first location was in the Schutte Building on Grand Avenue, its second at 310 East 12th Street, and its third at 1404 Holmes Street. The postcard lists its location at the "northwest corner of Lydia Avenue. Its building was used by the Interstate Casket Company in the 1930s, then burned in June 1956 and razed.
