AbstractPhoto and biographical article about Paul Edwards, former "Jackson County co-ordinator of intergovernmental relations," resigning "to join the Institute for Community Studies as a specialist in urban programs" at the age of 29.
NotesPaul Edwards started his county coordinator position in about 1966 in his hometown Kansas City, at the time called a "regional headquarters for federal government agencies" but with many of these agencies moving to Denver in 1969.
