Description of his life and career as an assistant to his father William Chick at their early store, residing "in his own home at the southeast corner of [11th Street] and Brooklyn Avenue. Also illustration of the planned "new home for the aged at Independence and Montgall Avenues" including "the main building, formerly the old Fowler home."
