Reid residence at 300 East 36th Street, in Elizabethan style, (4) the L. F. Wilson residence at 310 East Armour Boulevard, in colonial style, (5) the John W. Wagner (or John Wagner) residence at 916 Valentine Road, in modernized Georgian style, (6) the R. M. Goodlett residence at 9 East 45th Street, in Southern colonial style, (7) the H. F. Hall residence at 5109 Cherry Street, in Georgian style, and (8) the Charles W. Littlefield (or Charles Littlefield) home at 24 East Armour Boulevard, a simplified French chateau.
