Description of his life and career as a realtor in Dallas in the 1960s coming to Kansas City and becoming a businessman and political aspirant known for his memory, frequent travel, and "stables of women," including fiancee Priscilla Presley, etc. Also involved in determining locations for vast underground storage facilities and Worlds of Fun in the Kansas City area and appearing on the cover of "U. S. News & World Report" magazine.
