Native of Arkansas (dying at the age of 72) becoming "a partner in the prominent architectural firm of Hoit, Price & Barnes" and designing "architectural garb for such skyscrapers as the Power & Light building, the Telephone building and the old Fidelity building, now the Federal Office building."
