| Abstract | Now in its 39th year, the Tour of Kansas City bicycle race draws around 400 professional cyclists. The first half of the race goes through Cliff Drive in the Northeast area. Riders take 18 laps around the 2.8 mile course that begins at the John F. Kennedy memorial in Concourse Park. |
