AbstractThe Social Security Administration is building a new state-of-the art structure on Independence Boulevard in the Northeast area of the city. The building will sit on the southwest corner of Independence Boulevard and Garfield Avenue, near the Century Towers apartment and office complex. This building will replace the outdated building at Gates Plaza on 12th Street and Brooklyn Avenue.
