AbstractArticle says the firm expects to break ground Fall 2004 on an $80 million development that will occupy most of the block between Roanoke Road and Belleview Avenue, from Ward Parkway to 48th Street. Bernstein-Rein is the largest advertising agency in Missouri.
NotesThe "See Also" later article referenced below announces that noted Boston based architect Moshe Safdie will be the architect for the development. It will include 205,000 square feet of office space, a 103-room hotel, 25,000 square feet of retail space, and a 940-space underground garage.
