AbstractThe Byron C. Cohen Gallery for Contemporary Art is now celebrating its 10th anniversary. It is a contemporary art gallery located at 2020 Baltimore Avenue in the Marietta Chair Building in the Kansas City Freight House District. Over the years the gallery's prime purpose has been to bring the work of mid-career, nationally and internationally known artists to Kansas City. Cohen's daughter, Toma Wolff, also is involved with the gallery. Article contains a photograph of them both.
NotesThe old Marietta Chair Company building at 2020 Baltimore Avenue has a new occupant, KSB, a technology services company. This company moved from 7500 College Boulevard in Overland Park.
