| Abstract | Article with illustrations concerning work that is to begin soon on three projects in the second phase of the redevelopment plan for the 18th and Vine area. The three projects include 78 apartments and 18,900 square feet of commercial space to be started perhaps by this winter and finished by early 2006. "A third and final phase is expected to add more commercial development along Vine Street, including a grocery store and other neighborhood retail..." Being developed by Jazz District Redevelopment Corporation. |
