AbstractThe park at Brookside Court is to be dedicated to the late Bob Arfsten, owner of the Dime Store in Brookside. He died November 9, 2002. The dedication is to be in early May 2005. There is to be a fountain, wooden perimeter walkway and a plaque with a history of the Dime Store.
NotesThe Dime Store was founded in 1939 and taken over by Ernest Afrsten, Bob's father, in 1963. The vertical file folder contains other articles pertaining to Afrsten.
