| Abstract | A second Alameda Towers condominium may be built on the Country Club Plaza. A twenty year old plan projected a second building. The first Alameda tower is just south of the Fairmont at the Plaza hotel and it opened in 1989. It was developed by the J. C. Nichols Company at 49th Terrace and Wornall Road. Prices for the units range from $400,000 to more than $2 million. Highwoods Properties is looking for a potential developer of the property. |
