AbstractThe Commerce Tower is for sale. The 30-story building downtown is 40 years old and has 540,000 square feet. It is currently owned by Tower Properties Co. and no asking price is listed. Current tenants in the building include the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and the Kansas City Area Development Council.
NotesAccording to a Kansas City Star article of October 11, 2006, D33:5, the Commerce Tower office building located at 9th and Main has been taken off the market in the best interest of shareholders.
