AbstractA Rivert Market area building which was a former warehouse is being converted to lofts and is named First & Main Lofts. The building located at First and Main is four stories and was built in 1905 to store carriage parts. In later years it housed the Republic paper recycling plant. The first floor is being reserved for a retail tenant and the building has 32,000-square feet with 25 condos planned. The Gallo Building at 140 Walnut, developed also by Jonathan Arnold and Chris Sally, will share parking with First & Main Lofts.
