| Abstract | The General Motors Corp. Fairfax Assembly Plant, 3201 Fairfax Trafficway in Kansas City, Kansas, produced its 10 millionth car, a black 2006 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx on August 19, 2005. All Chevrolet Malibus are made here. Next year the plant will add the midsize Saturn Aura to its lineup. The plant was founded in 1944 and currently supports 3,000 jobs. |
