| Abstract | The Legends shopping center at Village West is a first for Wyandotte County. It will bring nearly 100 new shopping and entertainment sites and could create aas many as 2,500 jobs. Besides the benefits it will bring to Wyandotte County, area leaders believe that the center, at I-435 and Parallel Parkway, will enhance the Kansas City area as a whole as a tourist destination. |
