| Abstract | Local ad agency, Barkley Evergreen & Partners, is planning on moving into the long vacant TWA Building in the Crossroads District. The building is at 18th and Baltimore and is presently owned by Bradley W. Nicholson. A 455 space parking garage on the building's north side is also planned. The ad agency currently has 350 employees and a projected 2005 billings of $424 million. |
| Notes | The building was completed in 1956 and became TWA's corporate headquarters on Oct. 31, 1956, and remained so until the airline moved its executive offices to New York in 1964. The building continued to be used by TWA until 1969. In 2002 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.... |
