| Title | TWA Rocket Ship |
| Abstract | The column "Postcards of Historic Northeast" features a TWA promotional postcard of Tomorrowland at Disneyland. The rocket in the postcard was also at one time a part of the TWA building in Kansas City. According to the article the rocket was sold to Spacecraft, a camping and trailor manufacturer, where it eventually ended up standing behind the rest area just west of Concordia, Missouri. A replica of the moonship now stands on the refurbished TWA building home to advertising firm Barkley. |
