AbstractPhoto and bio of Dr. Charles Frederick Adams, or Charles Adams, physician and "research entomologist" starting in the beginning of the 20th century at the Kansas City Medical College, Kansas City Dental College, and the University of Kansas, later the "director of laboratories of the Missouri State Board of Health at Jefferson City," and "a direct descendant of Lynchburg Adams, the first permanent settler of Jackson county."
