AbstractTwo-page paper on the 19th Designers' Showhouse showcasing the residence of Herbert P. Wright at 3735 Belleview Avenue. The house was built in 1913, designed by architect Clarence Shepard, and listed "on the National Register as part of the Roanoke Historic District." Wright was an investment broker born in 1865 that came to Kansas City in 1877 and founded the H. P. Wright Investment Company.
NotesDesigners' Showhouse is a fund-raiser for the Kansas City Symphony generally held in Spring and organized by the Junior Women's Symphony Alliance.
