AbstractPhoto and bio of James Edward Brady, or James Brady, "president, manager and principal stockholder of the Merchants' Refrigerating Company which supplies the retail and produce districts of that city [Kansas City] with refrigeration through street pipe line systems." He was born in Harrisonville, Missouri, in 1873, in 1900 organized of "the first large central creamery plant in the United States," in Kansas City, at the age of 21 was president of the Produce Exchange, and "at one time president of the State and National Creamery Manufacturing Association."
