Promoter, financier, and developer who helped manage growth especially of the areas of North Kansas City, Missouri, the Country Club Plaza, and Independence, Missouri, including interurban railways, parks, and a planned but never built 1920s "subterranean plan" for the city. Namesake of Winner Road with residence at 3318 Virginia Avenue.
