Biographical Background - Parents, education, etc. Begins work in Kansas City area teaching history. Public school experiences. Changes in education. Grant to teach in Thailand. Return to U.S. in 1955.

Integration of schools and assignments. Experience at Kansas City, Missouri Junior College as Dean. Changes in education and techniques. Proud of work to cause change. Believes Kansas City is a better place because of involvement of himself and others in educational areas. How his time was structured to be involved with work and community work.
