Vito Mendolia first opened Mendolia's Market in 1947 at 400 Brooklyn Avenue. The company is currently operated by Vito's two sons, Anthony and Pete Mendolia, who plan to move it to larger facility at 2501 Guinotte Avenue in the East Bottoms district. |
