AbstractArticle describes a deadly fire that destroyed the Chamber of Commerce building at Hallock Street and Central Avenue (Kansas City, KS) on October 25, 1906. The fire took the lives of 15 tenants and caused over $100,000 in damage. It is reported to be the "deadliest fire in Wyandotte County's history."
