Forsee To Take Top U. M. Job
Not available online
TitleForsee To Take Top U. M. Job
AbstractFormer Sprint Nextel CEO Gary Forsee is to be the new University of Missouri system president. Since Forsee does not have a background in higher education, it appears that the curators are looking for experience in business operations. He did graduate in 1972 from the University of Missouri-Rolla and has spent more than 35 years in the telecommunications industry. "His severance package [at Sprint], including stock options, was valued at nearly $54 million. His annual compensation before his forced resignation was $14.8 million."
