AbstractA local company, Dimension X Design, also known as DXD, produces the graphics for the Kansas City Royals new scoreboard. This company, founded by Sean Hopkins, works with 100-plus professional teams, "doing everything from their Web sites to scoreboard productions to TV production for a couple of teams." DXD as been associated with the Royals since 2002, even before the team's new Crown Vision scoreboard. The company is located now in the River Market and has 23 employees and between $2.7 million and $3.5 million in annual revenues.
