His design of an "ellipse of dichroic filtered film on glass" that hangs in the atrium at the Bannister Federal Complex "has resulted in a deluge of awards and accolades for BNIM." (Includes photo of this art glass.) Simmons, originally from Colorado, moved to Kansas City seven years ago. |
