AbstractA birthday party for Norman Kahn given by his wife Sybil was held at the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. Kahn built Brown-Strauss Steel into what became Azcon and later started Kahn Steel. He has served on many community boards including Menorah Hospital and the Kansas City Philharmonic Orchestra as it transitioned into the Kansas City Symphony. He has been noted as the first male docent at the Nelson Atkins Museum where he has volunteered to 20 years. Includes his picture.
