| Abstract | Drawings and article about the construction of the new Plaza West Edge multi-use development in the Country Club Plaza. The project owner and CEO of Bernstein-Rein Advertising, Bob Bernstein, "wanted the project to work with the environment," and contracted with architect Moshe Safdie to design the complex which will house the headquarters of Bernstein-Rein Advertising, a boutique hotel, restaurants, retail shops, a health center, 260-seat auditorium, parking, and "the world's only Advertising Icon Museum." The 2.4 acre, $116 million mixed-use development is bordered by 48th Street on the north, Roanoke Parkway on the east, Ward Parkway on the south and Belleview Avenue on the west. |
