TitleRestoring a Garden Treasure
AbstractThe rose garden at Loose Park will undergo its first major renovation in its history. It was establsihed in 1931. The "new and imporved version of the garden--one that hews closely to the plan of tis legendary designer--will be unveiled next spring." The garden was designed by S. Herbert Hare. The original blueprint, found in the city's parks department archives, will guide the renovation.
