TitleSmall Agency, Big Project
AbstractThe planned "half-billion-dollar replacement for the nuclear-weapon components plant at the Bannister Federal Complex" (Honeywell) will technically be owned by the Planned Industrial Expansion Authority (PIEA) instead of the US government. It will be the "only nuclear weapons facility in the country not owned by the feds." The General Services Administration "picked the CenterPoint-Zimmer group as the developer."
