AbstractThe A. M. Hughes Paint and Glass Company, located at 24th Street and Broadway, is considered "the most completely equipped paint factory in the West." The recently completed four-story brick building covers 30,000 square feet of floor space "which is filled with the newest and most modern machinery for grinding and mixing colors."
