| Title | Beloved Penn Valley Park Has New Protector |
| Abstract | The Penn Valley Conservancy is a new organization and a "potentially powerful ally for the stretched city parks department" in advocating for the park. The group's purpose is to protect the historic park from encroachments and to raise funds to conserve and enhance it. Members include neighboring institutions such as the Federal Reserve Bank, Liberty Memorial, and users of the skateboard park. |
